Abstract
Time su ujedno i ispitane sve seniorke, natjecateljice u navedenoj disciplini u Hrvatskoj. Dvoje prosječnih strijelaca iskazuje elemente amotivacije, a ostali elemente intrinzične motivacije. Dvoje vrhunskih strijelaca iskazuju elemente ekstrinzične motivacije, a ostali elemente intrinzične motivacije. Svih 12 sudionica navodi nestabilne atribucije u slučaju loših rezultata, dobre rezultate pripisuju vlastitom trudu i sposobnostima.

Parallel abstract (English)
The aim of this research is to find differences between high and intermediate level female athletes competing in air rifle, analyzing the number of years spent in competitive sport, the amount and duration of training sessions on a weekly basis, as well as qualitative analysis in order to detect differences in the reported confidence levels, uses of relaxation techniques, motivational factors and attribution of good and poor performance. 12 women aged 18-33 who have been actively competing in air rifle for at least 9 years each took part in this study. This study involves all senior women actively competing in the aforementioned discipline in Croatia. Interviews were conducted during two 1.A Croatian league tournaments with a two-week gap. The interviews consisted of 20 questions in total. The results showed that there is a big difference in the average number of weekly training sessions between group A (high level shooters), who complete 6 weekly training sessions on average, and group B (intermediate level shooters), who complete 3 weekly training sessions on average. Average training session length for group A is 77 minutes, whereas the average length for group B is 71 minutes. Few examinees incorporate relaxation techniques, with little difference between the target groups. Two intermediate level shooters displayed elements of amotivation, while the rest displayed elements of intrinsic motivation. Two top level shooters displayed elements of extrinsic motivation, while the rest displayed elements of intrinsic motivation. All 12 participants noted unstable attributions in cases of poor performance, and good performance was attributed to their own efforts and abilities in each case.
