Rad istražuje promjene u radijskoj komunikaciji prema slušateljima nakon primjene Opće uredbe
o zaštiti podataka (GDPR). Ponajprije se govori o radiju kao mediju s komunikacijskog aspekta,
objašnjavajući radijsku retoriku i način djelovanja. Drugi dio rada posvećuje se etičkoj tradiciji te
etičkim i pravnim aspektima u radijskom novinarstvu. Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka,
predstavljena u radu, donijela je važne promjene u odnosu s krajnjim korisnicima, odnosno
slušateljima. Cilj je bio posebno istražiti postupak održavanja nagradnih igara na radijskim postaja,
a istraživanje je bilo usmjereno na dva profitna medija, lokalne i nacionalne frekvencije, i jedan
neprofitni medij sa više lokalnih frekvencija kako bi se ukazalo na sličnosti i razlike u postupanju
te kako bi se predstavilo provedeno istraživanje.

Abstract (english)

The paper explores the changes made in radio communication towards listeners after the
application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). First, radio is presented as a
medium from the communication aspect, explaining radio rhetoric and the way it works. The
second part of the paper is dedicated to the ethical tradition and ethical and legal aspects in radio
journalism. The General Regulation on Data Protection, presented here, has brought important
changes in the relationship with end users, listeners. The aim was to specifically investigate how it
is implemented in fortune games on radio stations, research was focused on two for-profit media,
with local and national frequencies, and one non-profit media with more local frequencies in order
to show the similarities and differences in implementation and to present the conducted research.
