Abstract

Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima suvremeni je koncept u poslovanju i novija znanstvena
disciplina interdisciplinarnog karaktera nastala spajanjem znanja, metoda i koncepata raznih
etabliranih znanosti, uključujući sociologiju. Imajući na umu relevantnost upravljanja
ljudskim potencijalima i njenu nezamjenjivu ulogu u suvremenim procesima poslovanja, a s
druge strane slabije istraženu ulogu sociologije i socioloških teorija u nastajanju i primjeni
koncepta upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, ovaj rad doprinosi naporima u tom smjeru.
Osnovni cilj ovoga rada je pokazati relevantnost i potentnost sociologije i socioloških teorija
za unaprjeđivanje poslovanja i primjenu na tržištu rada. Cilj rada bio je primijeniti sociološke
teorije i usporediti ih s osnovnim postulatima upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, istaknuti
sličnosti i dati moguću sociološko teorijsku bazu upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Na
temelju izloženih klasičnih i mikrosocioloških teorija pokazalo se kako se sociologija i
upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima dotiču u temama racionalizacije rada i radnog mjesta,
pitanju otuđenja od rada te u pitanju međuljudskih odnosa. Ova sociološko teorijska baza
upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima nudi novu perspektivu, sociološku perspektivu upravljanja
ljudskim potencijalima. Ovaj rad teorijski prikazuje kako se sociologija i suvremeno
upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima primarno bave čovjekom, organizacijama, radom kao
osnovnom društvenom djelatnošću te funkcioniranjem ljudi u timu. Upravo zbog tih
zajedničkih znanstvenih interesa, upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima ima teorijske korijene u
sociologiji, koje prikazuje ovaj rad.

Abstract (english)

Human resource management is a modern concept in business and a newer scientific
discipline of interdisciplinary character created by combining knowledge, methods and
concepts of different established sciences, including sociology. Having in mind the relevance
of human resources management and its irreplaceable role in modern business processes, and
on the other hand the less researched role of sociology and sociological theories in the
emergence and application of the concept of human resources management, this paper
contributes to efforts in this direction. The main goal of this paper is to show the relevance
and potency of sociology and sociological theories for business improvement and application
in the labor market. The aim of the paper was to apply sociological theories and compare
them with the basic postulates of human resources management, highlight similarities and
provide a possible sociological theoretical basis for human resources management. Based on
the presented classical and microsociological theories, it has been shown that sociology and
human resources management touch on the topics of rationalization of work and the
workplace, the issue of alienation from work and the issue of interpersonal relations. This
sociological theoretical basis of human resources management offers a new perspective, the
sociological perspective of human resources management. This paper theoretically shows how
sociology and modern human resources management primarily deal with people,
organizations, work as a basic social activity and the functioning of people in a team.
Precisely because of these common scientific interests, human resource management has
theoretical roots in sociology, which are presented in this paper.
