Abstract

Ovaj rad istražuje suvremene i inovativne metode upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima koje su posebno prilagođene specifičnim karakteristikama generacije Z, oslanjajući se na generacijsku teoriju Karla Mannheima i novija sociološka istraživanja u tom području. Na temelju različitih teorijskih pristupa, rad analizira nove strategije, tehnologije i prakse koje organizacije mogu primijeniti kako bi privukle, zadržale i motivirale članove generacije Z na radnom mjestu. Posebna pažnja posvećena je razumijevanju specifičnih potreba i očekivanja generacije Z, te kako ove spoznaje mogu biti integrirane u suvremene prakse upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Kroz pregled literature i analizu postojećih istraživanja, rad nudi smjernice za razvoj učinkovitih strategija upravljanja koje će omogućiti organizacijama da se uspješno prilagode promjenama na tržištu rada i maksimalno iskoriste potencijal nove generacije zaposlenika.

Abstract (english)

This paper explores innovative approaches of human resource management, specifically targeting Generation Z, using the theoretical framework of Karl Mannheim's generational theory and recent findings from the sociology of human resource management. Based on various theoretical approaches, this paper analyzes new strategies, technologies, and practices that organizations can implement to attract, retain, and motivate Generation Z members in the workplace. Special attention is given to understanding the specific needs and expectations of Generation Z, and how these insights can be integrated into contemporary HR practices. Through a literature review and analysis of existing research, this paper offers guidelines for developing effective management strategies that will enable organizations to successfully adapt to changes in the labor market and maximize the potential of the new generation of employees.
