Sažetak | Dugi niz godina jedna od glavnih dnevnopolitičkih tema u Hrvatskoj je budućnost obrazovnog sustava. U javnim medijskim raspravama često se komentira stanje institucionalnog obrazovanja unutar škola, ali malo pozornosti se daje upravo masovnim medijima koji predstavljaju bitan faktor u životima učenika. U suvremenoj kulturi oni imaju vrlo važno mjesto zbog svoje mogućnosti oblikovanja društvenih vrednota, a njihova moć uvelike može koristiti promicanju znanja i unaprjeđivanju obrazovanja. Zbog svoje mogućnosti kombiniranja različitih oblika, usluga i sadržaja Hrvatska radiotelevizija (HRT) je najveći medij u zemlji, a zbog načina financiranja putem pristojbe koju plaćaju građani Republike Hrvatske ujedno je to i medij koji ima najveću odgovornost prema javnosti. Primarni je fokus ovog diplomskog rada istraživanje i analiza stanja školskog programa HRT-a, javne multimedijske postaje kojoj je jedan od glavnih ciljeva promicanje obrazovanja i kulture učenja u Hrvatskoj. Analiza stanja temeljila se na promatranju stanja u televizijskom programu i na internetskim portalima zbog raširenosti uporabe tih medija među osnovnoškolskom generacijom. U radu je predstavljena javna uloga HRT-a, dan je povijesni pregled razvoja školskog programa te je analizirano današnje stanje emitiranog školskog programa. Analiza stanja je rezultat opažanja oblikovanja programa i provedenog istraživanja kojim je ispitana uloga medija u životu učenika koji pohađaju osnovnu školu. Cilj istraživanja bio je istražiti ispunjava li HRT obrazovnu i edukativnu ulogu koju ima kao televizija proizvodnjom školskoga programa te ispitati dopire li proizvedeni sadržaj do ciljane publike kojoj je namijenjen. Osim primarnog cilja analizirane su i njegove snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje kako bi se pronašle smjernice za uspješnu dugoročnu proizvodnju školskoga programa koji će ispunjavati svoju temeljnu svrhu, a to je uspješan doseg do školske publike. S tim ciljem provedeno je istraživanje među 63 učenika u zagrebačkoj Osnovnoj školi Lovre pl. Matačića u svibnju 2018. godine, a za prikupljanje podataka korišten je anketni upitnik s pitanjima otvorenog i zatvorenog tipa. |
Sažetak (engleski) | During the long period of time, one of the main political topics, which is relevant in Croatia on the daily basis, is the future of the educational system. In the public media discussions, one can often hear comments about the situation of the institutional school education. Nevertheless, a little notice is given to the mass media which is the important factor amongst the pupils. Mass media has a relevant status in the modern culture due to the ability of framing the social values, as well as promoting the knowledge and improvement of the education. On the one hand, considering the ability of combining various aspects, services, and contents, Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) is considered to be the most significant media in the country. On the other hand, because of financing through the fees, which are being paid by the citizens of Croatia, media has the significant duty of informing the public. The primary focus of the thesis are the research and the analysis of the school programme at Croatian Radiotelevision. HRT is the public multimedia station which emphasises the promotion of education, and culture of studying in Croatia, as their main goal. The analysis was based on the observation of the current state of the television programme and web portals, due to their significant usage amongst pupils. In the thesis, the public role of the Croatian Radiotelevision is presented and the historical review of the development of the school programme, as well as the situation of the aired school program, is given. The analysis is the result of observation of the established programme and research by which the role of the media amongst of elementary school pupils was tested. The aim of the research is to investigate does the Croatian Radiotelevision provides knowledgeable and educational role by making a relevant school programme, as well as to interrogate the reach to the targeted public. Besides the primary goal, its abilities, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are analysed in order to find guidelines for successful, long – term production of the school programme which will successfully reach the school audience. With that purpose, the research was carried out amongst 63 pupils in Primary school Lovro pl. Matačić in Zagreb, in May of 2018.
